Fye into entrepreneurship, Kif into the corporate and community space.

Different paths, same pressure.
Both of us burned out quietly.

Years later, music found us again — not as performers, but as two men who needed healing.
And in that room, we realised something:

If sound could soften us in our hardest seasons, maybe we could help others feel that too.

That spark became Neon Echoes - a sanctuary where movement, light, scent, stillness, and sound help people carrying too much finally breathe again.

🎤 Fye – Award-winning serial entrepreneur and lead vocalist in the same band as Kif. As both frontman and founder, Fye brings bold vision and fearless execution to the heart of Neon Echoes.

With a track record of building successful businesses from scratch, he’s the driving force behind our creative direction, brand voice, and growth strategy. Fye conceptualizes campaigns that connect, spearheads new projects that push boundaries, and always finds fresh ways to bridge music, storytelling, and commerce.

He doesn’t just see trends — he sees what’s next. And he’s always ready to turn passion into something that moves people, grows communities, and leaves a mark.

Kif

🎸 Kif – Award-winning bassist, former MNC project manager, and IT specialist. He’s not just the groove behind the basslines — he’s the backbone behind the business.

With decades of experience in systems, workflow, and tech infrastructure, Kif built the digital foundation of Neon Echoes — from e-commerce backend to data-driven marketing systems. His IT background keeps us lean, scalable, and always one step ahead.

But beyond the tech, Kif is also our voice of reason and connection. As Chairman of the Jurong Green Community Club Malay Activity Executive Committee, he brings years of community leadership, diplomacy, and heart. He’s the most articulate and eloquent among us — and the one who handles our PR, partnerships, and customer relationships with professionalism and warmth.

Whether he's managing backend systems or welcoming new collaborators, Kif makes sure everyone feels heard, respected, and in rhythm with the vision.

Sabby

🎙️ Sabby is the heart and voice of Neon Echoes — a natural-born connector with a soulful presence and a voice that once stole stages. Formerly the lead vocalist in our band, her charisma and emotional fluency make her a magnet for community.

With a background in theatre PR and a surprising pivot into risk and insurance, Sabby brings both emotional depth and professional precision. Now, she channels it all into nurturing our community, building meaningful relationships, and keeping every conversation aligned with our values.

Whether she’s speaking, listening, or simply holding space, Sabby makes sure everyone feels heard, held, and at home.

Naiya

🕊️ Naiya is the calm behind our Softness Rituals — a yoga guide who believes the most powerful strength is the kind that softens you back into yourself. Through breathwork, gentle flow, and meditation, she helps busy bodies downshift and busy minds grow quiet.

Trained in trauma-informed, nervous-system–safe practice, Naiya designs rooms where nothing is rushed and everything is optional. Her classes feel like a conversation between breath and spine: slower inhales, longer exhales, shoulders lowering one easy inch at a time.

In Neon Echoes, she’s the bridge between sound and stillness — translating music into movement cues, and movement into a felt sense of safety. Whether you’re brand new or returning after a long season away, Naiya meets you where you are and invites you to leave lighter.

Ema

💡 Ema – The unseen storyteller of light.

A veteran theatre lighting designer and full-time mother of three, Ema has shaped Singapore’s black box stages since the ’90s — from Teater Kami to Cake Theatrical Productions. An early adopter of QLab with roots in acting and a foundation in technical theatre, she learned that what people feel often begins with what they see.

Meticulous yet intuitive, she sketches scenes in notebooks, measures every millimetre, and translates a director’s vision into moods that breathe with the room. Art and precision, held in steady hands.

At Neon Echoes, Ema is our architect of atmosphere — crafting the Midnight Lagoon glow, making stillness visible, and ensuring every ritual feels safe, human, and beautifully lit.

Then life got louder. Deadlines stacked, bodies braced, hearts ran on reserve. We burned out.

That question turned us toward softness — and widened our circle.
When Naiya joined us, movement became the missing instrument. Her steady, embodied presence reminded us that connection has a cadence, and that breath is a bridge back to ourselves.
With Sabby — the soul in our sound, fluent in emotion and community — our frequency deepened.
And when Ema joined, light itself became part of the language. Her theatre-trained eye gave shape to emotion, transforming every room into a living canvas of calm. Through her, we learned that stillness can also shine.

Today, Neon Echoes is a sanctuary brand where music meets movement, light meets breath, and stillness becomes sacred.
