Neon Echoes – Return & Refund Policy
At Neon Echoes, every ritual is intentionally crafted for a small group — with seats and digital experiences designed to preserve intimacy, transformation, and nervous system safety. Because of the limited nature of our in-person events and the instant-access format of our digital products, this policy ensures fairness to our guests while protecting the integrity of what we offer.
Event Bookings
1. Non-Refundable, But Transferable
- All event bookings are non-refundable.
- You may transfer your booking to another guest for the same event at no additional cost.
2. Rescheduling / Date Changes
- 7+ days before the event → One complimentary date change or guest transfer.
- 3–6 days before the event → 50% rebooking fee (remaining 50% credited towards another Neon Echoes ritual within 60 days).
- Less than 72 hours before the event → 100% forfeiture of booking (no credit or refund).
3. No-Shows
- Guests who do not attend without prior notice forfeit the full booking amount.
4. Waitlist Replacements
- If we are able to replace your seat via our waitlist for a sold-out event:
- You may receive an 80% refund (20% admin fee retained), or
- Apply 100% as credit toward another ritual within 60 days.
Why This Matters:
Our gatherings are intentionally limited (maximum 15 guests) to preserve emotional safety, sensory depth, and personal connection. A single unfilled seat significantly impacts the experience and sustainability of each ritual.
Digital Products & Memberships
1. All Sales Final
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Membership Vault subscriptions
- Downloadable audio meditations
- Event replay videos (MP4)
- Music packs and soundscapes
2. Technical Issues
- If your file is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side, we will:
- Provide a working replacement file, or
- Issue a store credit of equal value
3. Membership Vault Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Your access will remain active through the end of your billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are offered for unused time.

When you reserve a seat at a Neon Echoes ritual or purchase a digital experience, you’re claiming space in an intimate sanctuary — or receiving access to a sensory world that can’t be returned or resold. This policy exists to protect both your investment and the shared experience.
