Welcome to Neon Echoes. By using our website (neonechoes.net), attending our events, or purchasing our digital offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Scope of Services
Neon Echoes offers:
- Sensory wellness events, workshops, and immersive experiences within Singapore
- Digital wellness content, including audio, video, livestreams, and subscription-based access, available internationally
By participating in any Neon Echoes offering, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You will not use our content or services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or exploitative purpose
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through neonechoes.net or via authorized partners
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified
- Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice
4. Event Participation
By joining a Neon Echoes event, you agree to:
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by facilitators
- Notify us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or accessibility needs
- Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk
- Respect the sanctity of the space — disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- All bookings for in-person events are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Neon Echoes
- You may transfer your booking or request a date change according to our Return & Refund Policy
- All digital products and memberships are final sale and non-refundable once accessed
6. Felt-Shift or Flow-Again Guarantee
- This guarantee applies only to first-time attendees of Quiet Flow 1.0 who complete the full session and inform the facilitator or host in person before leaving the venue that they did not experience any noticeable benefit or shift.
- The guarantee is limited to one (1) complimentary return visit per guest under the “Felt-Shift or Flow-Again” offer.
- The complimentary return visit is subject to available dates and class capacity and must be booked and used within sixty (60) days of the original session date.
- The complimentary return visit is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit towards any other products, events, or services.
7. Digital Product Access & Usage
- Our digital wellness content is available globally
- You may not download, distribute, reproduce, or resell any digital materials without written permission from Neon Echoes
- Sharing login credentials or content outside of your account is strictly prohibited
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
9. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
By registering and attending any Neon Wellness event (“the Event”), participants acknowledge and agree that they are attending voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. While Neon Wellness maintains insurance coverage for the venue, this does not extend to participants, their belongings, or any personal injury, illness, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness to join the Event and are encouraged to seek professional advice if unsure. Neon Wellness, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the Event, including but not limited to accidents, physical exertion, allergic reactions, or emotional distress.
By attending, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neon Wellness, its affiliates, staff, and venue partners from any and all liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of their attendance or actions during the Event.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harm, exploit, or harass others through our platforms
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or users
- Disrupt or misuse any part of the Neon Echoes experience
11. Health Disclaimer
Neon Echoes does not provide medical advice. Our rituals and content are designed for general wellness and emotional well-being. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries.
12. Photography Notice
This event may be photographed/filmed for Neon Echoes marketing. Prefer no close-ups? Tell us at check-in or email support@neonechoes.net
We obtain express consent for testimonials/featured portraits. You may withdraw consent for future use; we’ll act where practicable. DPO(Data Protection Officer): dpo@neonechoes.net
13. Intellectual Property
All content — including but not limited to audio, video, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Neon Echoes or its licensed creators. You may not copy, modify, or use our content, trademarks, or materials without prior written approval.
14. Limitation of Liability
Neon Echoes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our events or use of our digital services. All participation is at your own discretion and risk.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neon Echoes, its founders, team, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
16. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service when necessary. The latest version will always be accessible at neonechoes.net.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
