To honour the emotional nature of the full ritual experience, participation in the movement, meditation, and journaling segments is limited to those aged 13 and above.
The Forum & Tazkirah is open to all ages, and children are welcome to join their parents for this portion of the programme.
We appreciate your understanding as we hold this space with care and intention.

Held in a small circle, this immersive experience is designed for emotional regulation and spiritual grounding through remembrance, reflection, and softness — not force.
Expect quiet movement, guided breath, reflective journaling, and a heart-centred tazkirah woven with wisdom, compassion, and reassurance. Every element is curated to ease the heart, steady the nervous system, and remind you that you are not alone.
You don’t need to explain your sadness here.

🕰️ Please arrive 10 minutes early. Doors close promptly at start time to maintain the sacred atmosphere.
🧣 Wear loose, comfortable clothing. No yoga experience is required — this is about softness, not performance.
🧘 Mats, bolsters, props, aromatherapy, and tea are all lovingly provided. Just bring yourself (and maybe a journal, if you like).
📴 Kindly silence your phone and enter with presence. We'll take care of the rest.

The ritual may end, but its effects continue.
We recommend:
1. Drinking warm herbal tea after your session
2. Journaling anything that surfaced for you
3. Avoiding overstimulation (e.g. screens, loud environments)
4. Giving yourself permission to rest and stay soft
