Nap Ritual is not sleep. It’s a three-hour sacred switch-off.
A guided descent into deep rest — designed for those who don’t remember what rest even feels like.
Set in a darkened, cocoon-like space, this 2-hour experience blends clothed massage, hypnotherapy meditation, ambient scent, and stillness. It’s created for high-functioning minds that need a safe way to drop beneath the surface.
There is no effort here.

🕰️ Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. We begin promptly to protect the stillness.
🛏️ Wear cozy, loose-fitting clothes. You’ll be lying down for most of the experience — think warmth and softness.
💆 Massage is fully clothed, consent-based, and optional. You’ll receive a briefing before the session begins.
🧴 We provide aromatherapy, mats, blankets, and bolsters — nothing for you to bring except your tiredness.
📴 Phone off. Mind off. Come as you are.

After this level of nervous system down-regulation, your body may feel lighter, slower, or more open.
We recommend:
1. Drinking herbal tea or warm water
2. Keeping the rest of your day unstructured
3. Journaling any emotional or subconscious insights
4. Avoiding caffeine or intense stimulation for at least 2 hours

Hypnotherapy is used in a light, non-clinical format for guided rest and emotional safety.
